My name is Avery

I am extremely passionate about plants! This site exists as a field guide to the plants of San Diego, particularly in the canyons of the city. I continue to learn every single day that I am out hiking (or mainly on the floor with my hand lens pointed at a tiny plant), I hope I will be able to teach you something.
